WOW! That edging looks great. That looks like it took a while. What size thread did you use? I hope you show us again when the embroidery is done with some close-ups, too!
It is 20 thread Milward, which I don't really like, inherited from my late mother's (crochet) stash. It did take a while, but it is a simple edge I designed and is good for working on at tatting meetings.
Oh, how beautiful! I've just begun experimenting with edgings this year... they're fun to do! Please post pictures with the embroidery finished... I'm sure your tablecloth will be gorgeous!
